In the heart of the medieval town of Gruyères, Bourg 45 is an independent art gallery dedicated to artists who live and create in our region. We believe that talent knows no borders: whether Swiss or from elsewhere, our artists are locally established and all contribute to the cultural richness of our territory.

Our selection brings together emerging talents as well as established creators, recognised on the international scene — such as Dasha Skorubska-Kandinsky, whose works stand alongside those of artists sharing the same demanding standards.

Each piece presented is chosen for its authenticity, its quality and the story it tells. The gallery is above all a place for discovery and exchange, between artists, collectors, art lovers and passing visitors.

The experience extends beyond the exhibition space through a selection of objects inspired by the world of our artists: limited editions, art pieces, gifts and exclusive souvenirs, imagined in the same spirit of rigour and creativity.

Our chocolate collection is part of this approach. Each piece is conceived as a meeting between art and gastronomy, where artisan craftsmanship becomes a genuine means of expression.
